Dutch Dolphin Competition and Development Swim-team Customer Satisfaction Survey

 

This survey has been created with by the Swimming Convener to gain some insight in how satisfied you as parents are with the competition and the development teams swimming program. 

 

The aim of this survey is to ensure we work on improving in the areas which you deem important.

The numeric results will be published for all to view.

 

I will share the results with Aquaducks, to assist them in improving the service they provide to us.

 

Aquaducks will not be shown the individual survey forms.
